2. Free Tier
The free tier of POS System is provided at no cost and is not eligible for refunds. Users may use the free tier indefinitely without payment.
3. Licensed Version Refunds
Refunds for licensed versions may be considered under the following circumstances:
3.1 Refund Eligibility
- Technical issues that cannot be resolved within 14 days of purchase
- Significant deviation from advertised features
- Duplicate purchases
- Unauthorized transactions
3.2 Refund Timeframe
- Standard refund window: 14 days from purchase date
- Technical issues: Extended to 30 days if unresolved
- Annual subscriptions: Pro-rated refund within first 30 days
3.3 Non-Refundable Situations
- Change of mind after 14 days
- Partial use of license features
- Failure to meet system requirements
- Bulk or enterprise licenses (custom terms apply)
4. Refund Process

5. Refund Processing
- Refund requests are typically processed within 5-7 business days
- Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method
- You will receive email confirmation when the refund is processed
6. License Deactivation
Upon approval of a refund, your license will be deactivated. Your data will be retained for 30 days before deletion.
