License Agreement

1. Grant of License

POS System grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software in accordance with the terms of this agreement. This license is effective upon acceptance of these terms.

2. License Types

2.1 Free Trial License

7-day trial with full feature access
Single business location
Email support

2.2 Professional License

Access to all features
Priority customer support
Free updates
Single business location

2.3 Enterprise License

All Professional features
Multi-location support
Dedicated support
Custom integration options

3. Permitted Uses

Under this license, you may:

Install and use the software on authorized devices
Use the software for legitimate business purposes
Create backup copies for archival purposes
Export your own business data

4. Restrictions

You may not:

Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software
Modify, adapt, or create derivative works
Remove or alter copyright notices
Distribute, sell, or sublicense the software
Share license credentials with others

5. Updates

Trial and Professional license holders receive all updates during the license period
Updates may modify or remove features

6. Term and Termination

Trial license is valid for 7 days
Professional license is active while subscription is active
Enterprise licenses follow custom terms

We may terminate your license for violation of this agreement, non-payment of fees, or fraudulent activity.

7. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in POS System remain with the developer. This license grants you usage rights only, not ownership.

8. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of your business data
We claim no rights to your customer information
You may export your data at any time

9. Warranty Disclaimer

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

10. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL POS SYSTEM BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, ARISING FROM USE OF THE SOFTWARE. TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE LICENSE FEE PAID.
